- Description
- 0.30m of concrete floors were removed. The deposits observed beneath 0.30m of concrete floors included the foundations of external walls of the buildings. A wall comprising substantial limestone masonry c. 0.60m wide was observed in a number of pling positions. A brick lined drain was seen running through the structure. Dating of the wall was surmised to be post medieval, but no definate evidence was recovered to demonstrate this.
