- Description
- A single archaeological feature, probably a narrow ditch, was seen to cut into natural sands and gravels. The very limited dating evidence indicates a Roman or later date for this feature. Overlying deposits consisted of a build-up of what may be aeolian (wind blown) sands sealed by the extant topsoil.
