- Archaeological remains encountered consisted of a number of articulated human skeletons at the base of the contractor's trench, together with quantities of disarticulated human bone. These burials are believed to relate to the churchyard of the long demolished medieval church of All Saints, Fishergate. Deposits elsewhere in the trench were of modern date.
