  Irregular block with groove worn into the top and an ovoid cavity with two points worn into the centre. Base is worn smooth from polishing or burnishing and other irregular surfaces show cuts and scraping marks. White, very fine-grained.

  Cone with slightly bevelled base and broken top. Clear facets around the body of the cone. Base smoothed, possibly as a result of wear. White, fine-grained. Probably Ferriby Chalk Formation.

  Tapering square block, broken at both ends, though the remains of the ‘foot’ are intact. Cuts and scraping marks visible on the four surfaces. One surface smooth, possibly used as a polisher or burnisher. Chalk, white, finegrained. Probably Ferriby Chalk Formation.
